RH is seeking a Hospitality Receiver to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Accountable for accurately receiving all deliveries
  • Ensure proper storage of all food, beverage, and non-food items that are delivered
  • Communicate any order supply needs to Executive Chef and assist with daily cost tracking
  • Complete accurate monthly inventories in partnership with Chefs
  • Accountable for identification of incorrect or inferior-quality products
  • Ensure the consistent integrity of the physical facility where food and beverages are served and stored
  • Monitor hospitality areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
  • Assist with onsite and offsite events
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge or and interest in RH food and beverage offerings
  • Report employee and guest accidents
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Basic knife skills and general cooking knowledge
  • Reasonable food knowledge and product ID
  • Ability to read and understand order guides and invoices
  • Energetic, accountable and team oriented
  • Reliable, dependable and responsible
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects, workload and business partners in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Contributes ideas, takes ownership and goes beyond responsibilities to ensure the success of the team
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
