We currently have a need for a Receiver at our Nashua, NH location.
**Responsibilities Include:**
Unload Trucks, separating loads by purchase orders and division
Inspect products for damage
Unbox and label products
Move products from receiving area to warehouse staging area
Process goods receipts on computer system (SAP)
Perform all types of receiving, including new equipment and process all returns including returns of Demos, Rentals and Cancelled Sales
Must have knowledge of processing drop shipments
Must have the ability to process customer specific requirements such as: special labeling, special numbering and identification
May assist in the training of new and entry-level employees
**(New Equipment)**
Check purchase orders on system against packing slips
Perform goods receipt on system and generate goods receipt slips
Create non conforming material slip for material that in non conforming and disposition product
Create equipment records for rental assets receiving
**(Demo, Rental & Cancelled Sales)**
Use System to determine the status of the products being received
Enter and create return orders
Check product against existing sales orders
Post return goods receipts
Create services orders
Process returns to vendors
Process receiving movements for remote branch locations

4+ years experience in receiving activities
Basic computer skills, attention to detail and good communication skills
