Job Description and Responsibilities:
Willow Valley Communities is hiring a Receiver to count, measure, or weigh articles to verify contents of shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or storage receipts.

Wage:
Responsibilities:
- Promptly stores perishable items to prevent spoilage.
- Takes temperatures on products as specified and applies time and temperature controls in accordance with HACCP program.
- Receives goods and food items according to purchase orders.
- Examines articles for quality and alerts Team Leader of discrepancies or the need to reject an item.
- Attaches identification data and dates food items.
- Transports food and goods in delivery truck.
- Records factors causing goods to be returned.
- Responsible to complete inventories and rotate stock.
- Unloads and unpacks incoming shipments, and delivers all items to appropriate storage areas in a timely manner.
- Maintains radio contact to be available for deliveries.
- Cleans and organizes stockrooms, walk-ins, freezers and dock areas.
- Follows Willow Valleys HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilizes computer programs to complete daily reports and communications
Qualifications:
- Less than High School Education; up to one month related experience or training
- Valid PA Driver's License
