Position Summary:
As a member of an inter-disciplinary Supply Chain team, a Receiver performs receiving tasks within the ERP system. This includes administrative tasks related to inspection, receiving, and distribution of inbound and outbound shipments. The position is responsible for communicating discrepancies in shipments with the Central Procurement department. The position is responsible for processing returns in conjunction with the Buyer. The position assists with Inventory Control functions related to receipts for inventory items.
Qualifications:
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS CDL Driver's License with CDL Class B required. within 3 months. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years in supply chain distribution SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Must be self-directed and assume responsibility for timely completion of job responsibilitiesMust possess strong Customer Service skillsMust possess skills related to projection coordination and critical thinkingMust have strong safety background
