WHAT YOU DO
As a Receiving Agent, you will receive, distribute, and facilitate distribution of goods throughout the hotel. You will verify accuracy and quality of deliveries, and then properly store them in their designated locations. You have knowledge of FIFO and food safety hierarchy rules, and understand the importance of following them strictly. You are responsible for monitoring and replenishing stock/counts to agreed upon par levels, and maintaining stock and supply areas with accuracy, detailed signage, proper positioning, cleanliness, and organization. You are willing to perform all other duties as assigned.
