**Description**

**Primary Purpose of Position:**

Responsible for Receiving and Inventory control of Idaho Falls warehouse and Rexburg production facility.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for Inventory tracking system, recording deliveries, shipments and stock levels. Scheduling of deliveries and shipments. Analysis of daily product and supply levels and improvement of inventory control procedures.

* Manages schedules of Idaho Falls employees to optimize operations within the facility. Responsible for the discipline recommendations

* Communication of inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

***Education & Experience:***

* Bachelors or associate degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or 1-2 years experience in similar workplace

* Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role

* Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies

* Experience conducting tracking and data analysis

* Product and inventory management certification a plus

* Good organizational, leadership and motivational skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow Company

* Must have excellent customer service skills; including strong written and verbal communication skills

* Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment

* Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:**

* Sitting at workstation approximately 35 percent of work time

* Standing and walking approximately 65 percent of work time

* Must be able to travel between plant and warehouse locations

* Ability to work overtime or occasionally on weekends with short notice

* Typical office environment with shelves overhead and above work surfaces

* Manufacturing environment with multiple machinery and moving parts
