**Job Function:**

We are hiring a Receiving Clerk, for our 10am-6:30pm shift. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming materials and supplies.

**Job Duties:**

* Receive and verify incoming materials and supplies against Purchase Order for quantity, complete part numbers, and lot numbers

* Identify damaged freight and coordinate handling and/or return with Procurement Manager

* Receive and identify returned goods includinig quantity against RGA, temperature of shipment, and condition of material; coordinates handling of material with Customer Service

* Forward or deliver received materials and supplies to appropriate departments and locations

* Coordinate quarantine of received raw materials with QA Incoming Inspection

* Help shipping department when needed

**Experience/Education:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* At least one year of receiving warehouse experience

* Ability to operate forklift, hand dollies, and company truck

* General understanding of cGMP

* Valid California Driver License and good driving record
