**Description**

**Requirements:**

* Completes accurate tally of goods and services received which includes: weight, destination, and

* charges from bills of lading and shippers declaration

* Receives incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to

* verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers

* Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates retrieval of proof of

* delivery documents

* Partner with inside sales to review and correct customer order discrepancies

* Communicates with transport companies and suppliers in order to expedite, trace or return

* merchandise that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders

* Resolves discrepancies on Metalware system or on manifest

* Keeps records of materials received and upload to Imaging system for team to access

**Extra Credit**:

Forklift; Side Loader; Deburr; Packing; Export; Receiving; Shipping; PVC M/C; Chop Saw; Band Saw; Plate Saw; Shear M/C; Waterjet; Laser M/C

**Physical Demands:**

* Position requires standing, sitting, stooping, and kneeling

* Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, with assistance

* Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception with or without corrected vision
