Summary: Responsible for deliveries, transport and inventory of materials and product to and from warehouse. Responsibilities:
Material Handling. Schedule Deliveries. Safe operation of Power Industrial Trucks/Forklift Operation. Housekeeping assignments including dock, battery area and all warehouse locations. Consolidation in the warehouse. Put delivered goods in location (physically and electronically). Apply shipping labels. Verify inventory. Take and publish the raw material inventory. Process and audit customer returns. Pull product to transfer. Verify and unload the trucks. Load trailers. Label where necessary. Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement. Must perform other assigned duties. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience. Must have excellent attendance. Must be tow motor certified. Must have the ability to work without supervision. Must be physically capable of handling the product to load and unload trucks. Must be able to stack skids. Must be able to climb stairs. Must have good math, legible handwriting and good organizational skills. Must be computer literate. Must be able to perform data entry and retrieval. Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/move (up to 50 pounds periodically). Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms. Must be able to work overtime as needed
