About This Position FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Receiving Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient operations within our receiving department. This role focuses on coordinating the various aspects of receiving goods, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and effective inventory management. The Receiving Coordinator is key to maintaining the flow of goods, managing inventory levels, and supporting our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving operations, including managing deliveries, verifying accuracy, and addressing any discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date records of received goods and manage inventory system updates
- Ensure proper handling and storage of incoming products, following safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve delivery and inventory issues
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, and assist with counts and audits as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area in line with company standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment
Availability This position requires the flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Qualifications
