Rhino, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Receiving Coordinator. We have several sub-companies including Otter Outdoors (ice fishing), Beavertail (hunting), DOA (decoys), Wave Amor (water recreation), and Rhino Tuff Tanks. POSITION SUMMARY The Receiving Coordinator's role is to ensure all incoming product is received systematically, labeled correctly, and moved to designated locations in a timely manner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive all incoming product systematically.
  • Label all incoming product with correct part numbers.
  • Move all labeled incoming product to its designated location.
  • Count and process all incoming intercompany product.
  • Move all labeled incoming intercompany product to its designated location.
  • Run weekly cycle count for Uline products.
  • Perform safety inspection of all fork trucks in the facility on a daily basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
  • Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units.
  • Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
  • Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
  • Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
  • Open containers, sort, and catalog materials.
  • Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing and shipping experience.
  • Ability to be forklift trained.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, IQMS).
SOFT SKILLS / ABILITIES
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify work priorities, met deadlines, and function with little supervision.
  • Ability to work well with others. Attention to detail required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Comfort and ability to be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, heat and cold.
$18.00 an hour and up depending upon experience. YOU MAY ALSO QUALIFY FOR $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS - $1,000 TO BE PAID IN 90 DAYS, THE REMAINDER IN 90 DAYS AFTER THAT!! 1st shift hours are 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
