Work Today, Get Paid Today!We are proud to be a military and veteran friendly employer.About This PositionThe Operations Team Lead will guide the Receiving Team in completing daily outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:Assist and manage training of new team membersMake sure team members are daily checking out and returning knives, scan guns, radiosMaintain working knowledge of all phases of your department operationsConfirm orders are properly tendered, selected and loadedMake sure employees are working where needed and employees are staying busyAssist to maintain accurate inventories of all productsComplete required reportingMake sure Dashboard is checked and cleared out dailyProvide recommendations on areas of improvementDocument and inform Management of all priority tasks and personnel problemsReport any problems, discrepancies, issues to Management in a timely manner with written documentationResponsible for assisting with general upkeep of all areas/equipment/products in a neat, clean, and orderly mannerSet example to promote positive attitude and teamwork!Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace'Other duties as determined by the needs of the businessWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 1 year receiving experieinceAbility to drive a reach truckAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationAbility to lift up to 50 poundsInventory control experieince a plusFamiliarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs)Requires supervisory skills: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through othersBenefitsKeefe offers comprehensive benefits to all regular-full time employees:Medical w/prescription coverageBenefit Credit received when enrolled in a TKC medical plan, to help offset your benefit costs.
