Location: Rochester,NY, USA
Facilitates the receipt and orderly storage of all incoming goods within the Dynalab main warehouse and auxiliary warehouse locations. Utilizes company ERP to track storage levels, conduct bin location changes and conduct cycle counts. Ensures all goods are accurately labelled and can be safely picked from warehouse locations. Verifies accuracy of incoming packing lists and works with the Distribution manager to investigate any discrepancies as well as damaged incoming freight.
Duties:
Unload all incoming freight and transport to the receiving area for processing.
Process received goods by labelling all products and placing them in assigned bin locations.
Transport stock between auxiliary warehouse and main warehouse location.
Assist in loading outgoing freight as needed.
Pick outgoing customer orders from warehouse and deliver to order processing staff.
Package LTL shipments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading dock area as well as receiving area
All other duties as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of forklift operating experience. Candidate must be comfortable operating numerous pieces of equipment including sit-down forklift, stand up forklift, warehouse order picker lifts and a power handjack with minimal training required.
Minimum 1-3 years of receiving experience or inventory control experience.
Ability to lift 50-60lbs unassisted
Ability to hand unload and palletize incoming freight.
