Avera is looking for a Receptionist to join our Team!Job SummaryThe Receptionist is responsible for greeting internal and external customers arriving at the addiction Care Center, providing information regarding services and events within the facility, overseeing volunteers, anticipating and responding to the needs of others, building relationships throughout the building, overseeing the Center's technological needs in conjunction with Organizational Development and serving as a role model for service excellence. Assists with Registration into computer systems.
Education and/or Experience- Bachelor's degree from four-year a college or university preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in health care, program administration, hospitality or customer service industry preferred.
