Position Overview The Receptionist/Admin Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations throughout the agency.
  • Answer phones at the front desk as well as greet anyone entering the office building.
  • Keep track of scheduled appointments and guests.
  • Provide tasks support for special projects, including but not limited to purchasing, event-related tasks, clerical organization, and projects.
  • Opening and or closing the building and ensuring completion of and/or reporting cleanliness issues in communal areas, including but not limited to lobby, kitchen bathrooms.
  • Assure steady completion of workload promptly. Ensuring deadlines are met as well as proper communication of follow-up when necessary.
  • Implementing and monitoring programs and new tasks as necessary
  • General agency-wide tasks include check distribution, mail management, and postings of communication as needed.
  • Report any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Support human resources and the organization with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to updating employee information, reporting and compliance support, administrative projects, documenting communication etc.
  • Working with HR and team members to keep track of technology.
  • Reporting and tracking for document signatures monthly.
  • All other assignments deemed necessary by Supervisor

  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Anticipates challenges that can sidetrack or derail growth and personal learning. Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18.
  • Experience:Prior experience with administrative job duties preferred
  • Proximity: Must live within 30 minutes of our location.
  • Educational Qualification: High school diploma/GED.
  • Driver's License Requirement: Must have a valid driver's license and willing/ able use of personal vehicle.
  • Flexibility:Must be available Monday through Friday and flexible on an as-needed basis.
