About the Position
  • Manage reception desk while answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Manage visitors, including coordinating with Building Security
  • Manage all incoming mail and all FedEx/Courier requests
  • Responsible for all Baltimore office supply orders
  • Clean and stock common areas and conference rooms with needed supplies
  • Clean, stock and manage kitchen and all appliances, including the coffee maker
  • Provide direct assistance and support to the Baltimore Office Manager
  • Provide administrative support for all internal and external office-related events
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
