ICC NTA LLC has an opportunity for you!We are seeking a part time Receptionist-Administrative Assistant for our Goshen, Indiana building products test lab. This part time position is on-site 1 - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Individual must be a quick learner with great people, administrative, communication, and organizational skills!Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Greet Visitors
- Answer phones
- Coordinate all shipments daily
- Pick up mail and distribute
- Print, scan, and fax documents as needed
- Maintain document files
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Order supplies through approved purchase orders and vendors when needed
- Organize and keep all purchase receipts for the accounting department
- Assist in editing and printing literature related to trade shows or marketing information as needed
- Coordinate cleaning service and maintain appearance of all offices and office area at test lab
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment
- Experience in the construction industry or trades a plus.
