Do you have a creative flair and an eye for color? Are you customer oriented and enjoy working in a professional environment? If so, we have the job for you. A client in Rutherford County is seeking an outgoing customer service associate to join their growing team. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting in a consultant capacity for clients as they select granite and marble products to match their existing decor. This temp to hire position requires half days on Saturday once per month in addition to a regular 40 hour work week. It is 100% ONSITE.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

+ Greet customers and answer a multiline phone

+ Create sales orders and enter into the system

+ Accompany clients to the showroom and present products to them

+ Assist clients with making countertop selections based on flooring, paint and cabinet samples they provide

+ Must work a half day on Saturday once/month

The essential functions of this role include:

+ working in a smoke free environment

+ working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week

+ working weekends
