Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $12 - $15 / hour. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.What you'll be doing as a Receptionist / Front Desk:
- Check in and check out guests
- Manage online bookings
- Create invoices
- Identify and overcome a problem hotel guests may have. Can use active listening to understand the individual needs of each customer. Use nonverbal skills to identify a guest's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with their stay.
Available shifts:Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), WeekendsJob requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer service skills
