RLWS is hiring a temporary Receptionist II who will perform a wide variety of service and support for external customers and other departments within the organization. This candidate will answer incoming calls from both external and internal customers in a timely and professional manner. Our receptionist are a key partner to all internal constituents delivering outstanding support and world-class customer service. This position offers a M-F flexible shift- Hours available ideally will cover at minimum 10am-2pm but can offer additional flexible hours between 8am-5pm.Did you know? - Providing exceptional service and a willingness to help all customers
- Supporting the Inside Sales Department by assisting with electronic sales order entry
- Answering and directing customer calls appropriately and in a friendly, efficient manner
- Operating Mitel telephone system, computers, copy and fax machines and other office equipment
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internal computer programs
- Perform data entry functions accurately and expediently and perform other department tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements
- Desire to live, work and play in the Northwoods of Wisconsin!
- One (1) year associate clerical, informational processing or related field or four (4) or more years of customer service and clerical experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Personal computing, planning, time management and efficient administrative skills are key competencies.
