- JOB SUMMARY
- Under the supervision of the Director of Volunteers, incumbent serves as hostess and communicator to patient families at the Information Desk area and Gill Lobby. Directs family members and visitors.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Education
- High school education or equivalent is desired.
- Training and Experience
- Previous receptionist experience preferred.
- Communications. Good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, andwritten. Requires tact and discretion to maintain amicable andcooperative relationships.
