Job Description:
Scope: The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and directing customers both in person and on the phone. Accountabilities: The Receptionist will: •Greet Customers as they come into the agency and direct them as needed. •Answer the phone in a timely manner. •Provide courteous and friendly service to customers. •Take customer payments as needed. •Perform general bookkeeping duties. •Receive and distribute the Insurance Agency mail daily. •Order office supplies. •Participate in community activities as needed and any other activities that may arise. •Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Requirements Qualifications:Education: •High School Diploma •Ability to get P & C licensed. Experience: •Clerical, administrative, sales or customer service experience preferred. •General bookkeeping Competencies Critical to Effective Performance Are:1.
