They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the Receptionist, you will be the backbone of our operations, responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office procedures, exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volume incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as necessary
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
