RECEPTIONISTJob DetailsFull Time / Part Time: Full Time FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Business Unit: Corporate Reports to: Manager Travel Requirement: No Job Description The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, as well as additional clerical duties. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains routes and publications.
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and/or distribution of office supplies.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and data entry.

Physical Demands and Exposures The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.

  • Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to individually lift up to 25 lbs.
