Job Description:

Looking for a Receptionist resource! Need to sit onsite 5 days a week at the office off of Cypress Creek in Fort Lauderdale. Need someone with good communication, personality and can interact with executives. Will greet guests and do other office administrative tasks. Need someone who is reliable and has good tenure. They want someone with a outgoing personality who will be the face of Team when stakeholders and other high level individuals come to the office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To perform the Receptionist position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position Summary

The receptionist will be responsible for attending all visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties. The receptionist is the first point of contact for the entire organization, which requires a positive and professional attitude.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
  • Greets, welcomes, directs and announces visitors.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
  • Receives and sorts incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Perform all other job duties and responsibilities assigned.
