Description*$500 Sign-on Bonus!*Options for Community Living, Inc. is looking for a Receptionist to join our team! An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent.
  • At least one-year of administrative experience required.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Range: $35,000/yr. ($19.23/hr.) - $40,000/yr. ($21.98/hr.). Salary offers will be commensurate with experience and other qualifications. Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (35 hours/week) Location: In-person based out of our Ronkonkoma office Pay Type: Non-exempt Responsibilities:
  • Answer door and greet vendors, job applicants and other visitors. Notify appropriate staff of the arrival of visitors.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and route to appropriate staff.
  • Monitor the agency's general mailbox, forwards messages to appropriate parties and ensure that mailbox is emptied daily.
  • Receive and sort all incoming mail and other packages.
  • Review Monthly Safety Reports for completion and organize reports by location. Forward completed reports to Quality Improvement.
  • Perform general secretarial duties, such as typing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Perform data entry and maintain various databases.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned.
