Front Desk ReceptionistKey Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department orindividual.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing conference room bookings, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve inquiries or issues from visitors and employees promptly and effectively. Ensure a positive experience for all who interact with the front desk.
- Office Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations and maintain a well-organized and efficient reception area.
- Security Management: Monitor visitor access and maintain a secure environment by following company security protocols. Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain and update office directories, contact lists, and other relevant records. Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attributes: Friendly and approachable demeanor with a proactive attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
