Job DetailsLevel Entry Job Location Meritum San Antonio - San Antonio, TX Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Job Category Admin - Clerical Job Summary Meritum Energy is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team! The Receptionist will provide support to ensure efficient operations of the San Antonio Meritum Energy Support Office. This role is expected to maintain cleanliness of the lobby, break and conference rooms, keep all office and cleaning supplies stocked, field incoming calls and/or emails, and monitor teams' calendars for upcoming events or meetings. The ideal candidate will have a personable nature, delivering a professional and welcoming first impression to all visitors, in office and over the phone; be meticulous when organizing and scheduling appointments; and eager to assist and resolve routine administrative tasks and problems. Duties/Responsibilities: Admin/Clerical:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and restocking daily (stocking and ordering)
  • Managing office schedule to ensure meeting rooms are prepped and ready
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Assist with mailing and shipping requests as needed
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Coordinate birthday and anniversary cards for the company
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Coordinate repairs for all office equipment
  • Maintain company-wide contact lists
  • Submit receipts and reconcile credit cards
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • All other duties as assigned
Customer Representative Support:
  • Answer and direct phone calls for local plant locations
  • Forward customer questions and complaints to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns

  • A High School Diploma or GED, with at least one (1) year of progressively responsible experience or related skills in a support role, customer service role, and/or project management; or a combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is required.

  • Ability to complete required job training as needed

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
