- Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner and directing them to the correct person or office.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner, direct calls to the correct departments, take messages or forward calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars for reception and conference rooms
- Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations.
- Managing mail: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Performing clerical tasks: basic filing, faxing, transcribing, and other clerical tasks as assigned
- Provides administrative support as needed on a project-by-project basis.
- Participates in projects/assignments as needed.
