Job Description
You will be at the front desk answering phones and addressing customer inquiries. You will schedule appointments after visits and over the phone. You will check pets in and out and document patient notes in Cornerstone. You will assist the Vet and Director with various tasks as needed. This role operates in a quick-moving environment.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Kansas City, Missouri.
Work Environment
Monday - Friday 8 am-5:30 pm, Saturday rotating 8 am-12 pm. The clinic is very new and clean. You will work at a desk alongside one other receptionist. Surgeries are twice a week, with walk-ins every day outside of surgery.
