Work Hours: 6:45am - 3:30pm, Mon-FriRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers telephones and directs the calls to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voicemail when the associate is unavailable.
- Schedules the contract laborers for jobsites.
- Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes incoming faxes
- Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (UPS).
- Compose, type, and edit correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material.
- May also assist with other related clerical duties such as copying, scanning, filing, and the HR Database maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Front Desk Receptionist experience
- Prior Scheduling experience
- Excellent telephone skills
- Microsoft Word proficiency
