Description:
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, directs visitor to appropriate person and communicates using MS Teams.
- Maintain visitor's log.
- Sorting, opening and distributing mail to appropriate personnel.
- Perform a variety of clerical and word processing functions.
- Maintain copy machines service and supplies.
- Requisition supplies for office supply room and individuals as necessary.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform other duties as required by Supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements and company policies of the client.
- Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Professional attitude with a strong customer service awareness and focus
Qualifications and requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient typing and word processing skills.
• General computer knowledge.
• Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel 2-3 years of clerical experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• High school graduate
• GED/HS diploma
• 3 years of experience of receptionist
