Treats all information about residents, their condition, and family as well as personnel matters as confidential informationComplies with established Corporate and Departmental policies and procedures, and maintains established standards and practicesReceives callers, determines nature of business and directs callers to the appropriate destinationProvides information or directs inquiries to the appropriate person in a professional and polite manner.
