Responsible for coordinating all incoming communications including operation of the multi-line telecommunications system, greeting/directing all consumers and visitors to appropriate personnel in an outpatient psychiatric clinic and taking client's vitals.Will schedule client appointments, assist with financial intakes, attain authorization for services, print/distribute routine service reports, and general clerical support services such as filing, faxing and copying.Requires handling of confidential records.Incumbent must be highly organized with multi-tasking skills, and capable of managing requests from multiple staff in a high traffic/high noise setting.Strong interpersonal skills are essential.Work Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri (Full-time)Employee Benefits at Full-Time Include:
