Treats all information about residents, their condition, and family as well as personnel matters as confidential informationComplies with established Corporate and Departmental policies and procedures, and maintains established standards and practicesReceives callers, determines nature of business and directs callers to the appropriate destinationProvides information or directs inquiries to the appropriate person in a professional and polite manner. Handles requests for information in a positive/professional mannerSeparates and sorts mailResponsible for issuing receipts for payments and contributions which are received at the front desk and preparing a daily reconciliation sheetTypes memos, correspondences, reports and other documents as requested by department headsKeeps inventory of office suppliesEnters information on the computer concisely, accurately and completely as directed by the supervisorPerforms other functions as directed by the supervisorQualifications:
