We are currently searching for a dynamic, Receptionist to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to ensure efficient operation of the organization in a fast-paced work environment. The scope includes, and is not limited to, communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Primary responsibilities will include: Welcome and direct all visitors of FANUC America Corporation to the necessary escorting staff member. Answer incoming calls from front desk and transfer them to the appropriate individual or department. Communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Track incoming and outgoing mail/packages from main lobby desk. Provide administrative support to the department during periods of reduced activity in lobby, including website updates, FQT reporting, and card access programming. Schedule pool vehicles for use, document vehicle utilization and availability, and schedule general maintenance of vehicles. Audit conference rooms and office areas on a daily basis and submit FQT's as required. Monitor security cameras and manage emergency notifications. Manage the badge program for all internal/external employees, contractors and students. Create and manage permits related to safety training and other pertinent programs. Manage and control message board in front lobby. Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education: High School Diploma or GED Required. Associate's degree in general business or related field and/or equivalent clerical/administrative related experience. Minimum 2 years' experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant in a business environment. Experience working with internal/external customers in a Sales Representative or Engineering position preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills desired, as well as organization and planning skills.
