Reporting into the Facilities Manager, this candidate will play an integral role as the receptionist and assistant to the Facilities Manager for our global headquarters based in NYC. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can work cross-functionally to deliver impactful results and help to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will be the face of the company, offering premium customer service to visitors and employees in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
Role Responsibilities - Serves as the face of the company, offering excellent customer service to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintains security and visitor management dashboard by following procedures, monitoring log activity, and issuing visitor pass.
- Answers calls and transfers them to the appropriate person.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Provides premium customer service to all executives and employees by assisting or redirecting them appropriately.
- Performs administrative support tasks - recordkeeping, expense reports, invoice processing, assist in event coordination, liaison between property management and Suntory Global Spirits.
- Any other reasonable tasks requested by the Facilities Manager to support the daily operations of the office.

- Reception experience
- Post-secondary education. University/college degree is an asset
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office, SAP and Ariba software preferred

The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $50,000 - $60,000, along with 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
