POSITION SUMMARY
As the receptionist at Vericel your main focus is to provide a welcoming experience for our employees and guests, while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcome employees to the site each day with a warm greeting and big smile!
* Greet, register and support guests in a professional, timely and friendly manner.
* Special focus on a seamless candidate and/or new hire experience.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Answer main phone line & reception emails to direct to appropriate person/department .
* Maintain the facility monitors.
* Sort and distribute incoming mail or packages.
* Work with facilities team to manage kitchen and office supply inventory.
* Coordinate and manage all food deliveries to building.
* Support administrative requirements related to events.
* Other administrative responsibilities as requested.
Basic Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required with 3- 4 years' experience in customer-facing role or college degree with 1 - 2 years' experience in customer-facing role.
* Ability to multitask.
* Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
* Experience in a professional office environment.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Travel and expense experience desired
* Coordination of large group or companywide events/meetings is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* May be required to sit for an extended period of time.
* May be required to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
