KLR, a Top-100 accounting and professional services firm, is seeking a Receptionist to join our Administrative Department in our Boston, MA office. Due to the nature of this position, this is a full-time in office position.
As a Receptionist/Administrative Support employee, you will support the internal and external efforts of our staff and clients. We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic to join our administrative team. This is an amazing opportunity to put your experience, attention to detail, and pride in producing the best results, while working with various members of our specialized, professional staff at KLR.
The ideal candidate for this role has extensive administrative experience in office operations, enjoys meeting and greeting clients and employees in person or over the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a candidate to work full time. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with expected overtime during our peak seasons. These periods require increasing normal weekly hours, which will include nights and weekends.
