To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Personal Assistant in NYC. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm five days in the office. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and monitor the conference room
- Stock pantries and kitchen
- Arrange hotel and transportation options for personal and family travel
- Assist with wire transfers and banking transactions
- Manage all calendars, including personal engagements
- Schedule appointments, medical visits, and dinner reservations
- Submit necessary documents, waivers and travel forms
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks, catering for family events and manage invitationsQualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Personal Assistant experience
- Must have a team player attitude
- No task to small mentalityCompensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100k base depending on experience
