Receptionist - Pre Admission Testing. Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL - Part Time, 20 hours/week. Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm. Monday - Friday shifts. What you will need:Level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent work experience. Two years experience interacting with the public. A level of knowledge required to effectively probe and direct/re-direct customer inquiries appropriately. PC experienced preferred. General Summary:Reporting to the Clinical Nurse. Manager, serves as a member of the support staff; performs secretarial, reception, and patient assistance duties at designated points of service; retrieves patient information from a computer system, assimilates documents, answers telephones, maintains logs, and provides high quality customer service to hospital visitors.
