Job Description:

Our client, a Boutique Private Equity Firm, is seeking an experienced, professional and articulate Receptionist! This is a great opportunity to serve as a true gatekeep and point of contact for their high-volume New York City office! If you are looking for a role where you can provide high level support in a high-volume office, this is the role for you!

Fully Onsite: Monday Friday

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm

Compensation: $60 - 65k base + bonus + GREAT benefits

Responsibilities

  • Attend to reception desk, including phone coverage, detailed message taking, welcoming visitors and accepting deliveries
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies, managing inventory and putting away supplies
  • Managing supplies inventory, budgets, and maintenance requests
  • Receiving guests and directing them to their destinations; informing team members of their arrival
  • Admin ad hoc projects with the finance and compliance teams for example expenses etc

Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of experience out of Financial Services preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite & Concur programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
