Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience or training in office procedures

Training in secretarial and bookkeeping skills.

Knowledge of the organization, operation, and goals of the departments. Ability to speak clearly and distinctly in a well-modulated and pleasant voice, and to use correct grammatical construction and choice of words. Ability to react quickly and calmly in receiving calls of an emergency nature. Ability to keep records accurately. Ability to communicate in writing. Ability to work independently and to make decisions with minimum supervision. Ability to work effectively and cooperate with others.

Salary Range: From/To Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the System's approved compensation plan. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the System
