The Receptionist/ Secretary serves as the first point of contact, via telephone or in-person, at D Youville Pavilion, welcoming all internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. The primary assignment is welcoming and assisting patients, families, vendors, and community members. Responsibilities of the Receptionist/ Secretary include answering phones, clerical aid to multiple departments, and greeting all visitors to the facility professionally and courteously.
