Our Receptionist will be able to work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.Our ideal Receptionist will be able to accomplish the following duties:
- Maintain communication through telephone switchboard.
- Receive and assist visitors in completing their purpose.
- Maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
- Oversees courier service, both internally and externally.
- Able to excel in a high call volume fast pace environment and accurately direct calls to the correct department .
- Assembles Admission packets and other clerical duties.
