FOR RECEPTIONIST: Operate telephone to answer Screen and forward calls Providing information and taking messages Greet visitors entering establishment with a smile Determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided Deliver mail to correct departments Arrange transportation service Track merchandise leaving the store Log sales associates in and out for daily shifts Log call customers for sales associates Acts as a role model of the store Professional in appearance, and maintain a constant positive attitude Keep store count for customers entering Perform any other duties as directed by management Perks that come with the job as Receptionist: Fun work environment!
