Receptionist - VolkswagenPosition SummaryThe primary responsibility of this position is to support the daily operations of the Dealership.Core ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities described in this section are fundamental to success in this position.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls from a multi-line telephone
- Greet customers and direct them to the proper department in a timely manner
- Notify the appropriate employee of a customer's needs in a timely manner
- Represent the Dealership in a friendly, professional manner
- Perform a variety of clerical duties
- Assist with projects on an as-needed basis
- Enforce safety precautions specific to work area
- Other responsibilities as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
