- Greet and direct all visitors
- Follow infection control practices
- Accept and sign for packages
- Answer phones
- Assist with issuing funds to residents
- Order office supplies
- Assist with resident/guest and family communications.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the day
- Notify the Charge Nurse of any resident attempting to leave the facility without approval and proper accompaniment
- Follow established isolation precautions and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- No experience necessary
- Training provided on the job
