Job Duties
- Respond to incoming inquiries from mortgage loan originators relating to license applications.
- Review and respond to email communications received in the Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) designated electronic mailbox.
- Respond to forwarded calls from the call center.
- Follow up on calls and messages received on the MLO general telephone line.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Miscellaneous Information:
- Standard shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, averaging 37.5-40 hours per week.
- Once onboarded, Client has a 50% telecommuting policy in place.
- Successful candidates will undergo a background check and fingerprinting.
- Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
- Client does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by bus or subway.
