This experienced professional will be responsible for the organization's recognition program. This will include day-to-day administrative processes, including maintenance of the organization's recognition platform, unit budgets, and employee inquiries. The incumbent will design, develop, plan, and execute the organization's employee recognition events; work with communications and marketing, as well as outside vendors, to ensure success and turnout.Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Political Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in recognition, event planning, communications, and/or marketing.
  • Experience organizing events of at least 1,000-attendee turnout.
  • Experience managing healthcare-industry recognition events.
  • Experience working in healthcare industry and handling recognition for patient care employees, particularly providers, preferred.
  • Experience with Workday or other ERP systems (Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc) preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and ability to interact with employees, leaders and providers.
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter and can work independently
  • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
  • This role will be primarily remote, with the ability to travel onsite as needed to attend meetings, tour venues, etc.
